Recruitment services

So you have a vacancy and you want to know what happens next? Here’s a brief run down.

• We aim to meet with each of our employers at the very outset of each new business relationship. That way we can understand your needs and your culture and give you the best, most individual service possible.
• Next we’ll do a thorough search of our database of pre-screened and interviewed candidates to try to find you a suitable candidate as quickly and easily as possible.
• We’ll use various types of print and internet advertising to help find you that perfect candidate. We’ve also got an in-house database and extensive candidate network to call upon.
• We recognise your time is valuable. All applicants will be interviewed by telephone and, later, face-to-face. Screening prior to sending you any candidates’ details and CV’s means your time is protected and you only get to meet the cream of the crop.
• Where possible, we’ll get two written references for the candidates you decide to interview.
• Interviews will be arranged at your premises or wherever you feel is suitable.
• Feedback will be obtained from and provided to both parties after an interview. Further arrangements for follow-up interviews, placements and beyond will be fully managed by DB Support.
• At any stage in the recruitment process, we are more than happy to update your requirements or change specification as we do appreciate that the playing field rarely stays level and is subject to immediate change at any time.
